Greetings FIENDS,

We hope you all had a great Thanksgiving!

Today and tomorrow, we'll be distributing backer surveys for the Forbidden Kickstarter! Here are the details:

• Today (11/28/2022), we will be distributing our "Smoke Test" surveys in BackerKit, where 5% of the campaign's backers will be chosen at random to receive a backer survey. The purpose of this Smoke Test is to make sure everything is running smoothly before we send out the remaining surveys.
• Tomorrow (11/29/2022), we'll distribute the remaining 95% of surveys to backers. We'll be checking back in with you all in once this occurs.

WERE YOU DROPPED BY KICKSTARTER?

If Kickstarter dropped your pledge for nonpayment after the campaign closed, worry not! You will still receive a backer survey either today or tomorrow and a balance due will appear that you can pay with a credit/debit card or with PayPal.

SURVEY LOCKDOWN & PAYMENTS

We plan on locking down completed backer survey responses on Friday, December 9 at 5:00PM Arizona Time (4:00PM PDT / 7:00PM EDT). We will also be billing cards for any add-ons purchased in BackerKit and any balances due at this time. Once your survey is locked down, you will no longer be able to make changes to your order!

Please note that if you use PayPal as your payment method for purchasing add-ons or paying a balance due, you will be charged at the time of the transaction.

DID YOU MISS THE FORBIDDEN KICKSTARTER?

If you missed the Forbidden Kickstarter campaign, we will be offering remaining inventory in our Last-Chance Pop-Up Crypt in BackerKit starting tomorrow (11/29/2022)! We'll provide the link to this store tomorrow once it's live!

REMINDER REGARDING CGC GRADING

Due to capacity, Coffin Comics discontinued offering CGC grading and slabbing earlier this year. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

If you do intend on later getting your books graded with the CGC Signature Series service, we strongly suggest choosing UNSIGNED copies during your backer survey so that you can later get your books signed in the presence of a CGC witness at a show or signing event.

We Launch Surveys on Monday, November 28!

This Monday, we launch the SMOKE TEST surveys.

This smoke test will represent a random selection of 5% of the campaign's backers for testing/troubleshooting purposes. 

The following day (Tuesday, 11/29), we will launch the remaining 95% of the surveys and open the Pop-Up Crypt (preorder store) for people who missed this Kickstarter!

These Backerkit Surveys need to be answered ASAP so we can capture your shipping info and any other order info that might be missing.
