I'm new to Hellwitch. Where do I start?

Welcome! For Hellwitch, “Hellbourne” (Chapter 1) is the best place to start.
“The Forsaken” (Chapter 2) is the next story to read, followed by “Sacrilegious” (Chapter 3), “Wargasm” (Chapter 4), and finally, “Forbidden” (Chapter 5).

We offer physical copies of all of these books, as well as digital copies on the campaign. Many of those stories are also collected in trades that available here. Check them out!

Can Brian SIGN my reward items?

Yes! Brian can offer his signature on select reward items (books and prints) for a nominal per-item fee. Signing preferences for these items are selected during your backer survey in BackerKit.

Can I add more items to my existing pledge?

Yes! Many of the reward items offered on this campaign are also available as add-ons! To access the add-ons section, you’ll need to click or tap “Manage your pledge” and then reconfirm your initial reward selection (assuming you don’t want to change it). You’ll then be brought to the add-ons section.

NOTE: Rewards #33 through #36 are not available in the add-ons section. If you’re interested in adding one of these rewards to your existing pledge (subject to availability), please send us a message on this Kickstarter or email us at [email protected].

I pledged for a digital reward. How and when will it be delivered?

All digital rewards will be distributed to backers sometime in March 2023, around the same time we begin fulfilling our physical rewards. We will notify all backers as we draw closer to the exact delivery date.

When will I be billed for my balance in BackerKit?

If you purchased add-ons in BackerKit or otherwise have a balance due in BackerKit, your credit/debit card or PayPal info will be collected during your backer survey.

If you’re paying in BackerKit by credit or debit card, please be advised that we will bill cards starting Friday, December 9 at 5:00PM Arizona Time (4:00PM PDT / 7:00PM EDT). If you use PayPal to pay your balance, your PayPal account will be billed at the time of the transaction.

When will my rewards ship?

If all goes to plan, we’ll be fulfilling all Forbidden rewards in March 2023. If anything changes, we’ll definitely keep everyone in the loop!

How will my rewards ship and how will they be packaged?

We will be fulfilling all rewards with USPS and FedEx.

In terms of packaging, we go through great lengths to uphold the very best shipping and handling procedures in the industry. We use boxes all rated at 200 pound or better burst strength. Your items will be securely packaged so that they don’t shift during transit. Any of our past customers or backers will be able to tell you how much we care about these things!

How much will I be charged for shipping?

Shipping is FREE to backers residing in the United States. If you’re an international backer, there will be a shipping fee added to your pledge amount, which will vary depending on the reward you select and where you live.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.

PLEASE NOTE! Damaged, missing, and/or inaccurate items received in your rewards shipment must be reported to us within 7 business days of receiving your order in order to process a return or an exchange. We appreciate your understanding!
